Hello DAMA NY members. Happy Spring. Maybe the temp will get higher than 55 soon. Where are the Tulips……………..  Well we had a great March meeting where over 52 participants showed up to listen to Dan Linstedt & Robert Scott speak about Data Vault. It was a big hit. Thank you both for presenting the important topic.

April 26th we have another great topic;   Introduction to Block Chain presented by Joe Caserta, Caserta. It looks like another great meeting with 65 people already registered. The meeting is being sponsored by AIG and will be at 175 Water St, NYC. We hope to see you there.

Please plan on registered for DAMA Day which is June 26, also sponsored by AIG and will be at 175 Water Street, NYC. Members should register early for the early bird price of $99. We have seven speakers in total. Our headlines are Sunil Soares from Information Asset and Ellen Nadeau, NIST (Federal Agency on standards). The theme is GDPR a timely topic so please plan on attending. We are currently looking for speakers for our Fall program so keep reading the newsletter. Okay I hope to see you all next month on April 26th and then June 21st.

Regards,

Denis Kosar, President DAMA NY
